    Mechanic was polite and friendly. I assumed more would have been included in the annual maintenance such as adding refrigerant and repairing leaks, or at least a meaningful discount on the work. Price was very disappointing.

    Brian was great. He completed the warranty repair replacing my Trane evaporator coil. Third coil in just over 4 years. Trane does not build them like they used to, but Trane replaced the first on under mfg warranty, and A/C Plus covered the second under repair warranty. Brian kept me informed about the repair process. He was very polite and professional.

    I recently had my home’s HVAC system serviced for its semi annual maintenance. The technician arrived on time, introduced himself, and took a few minutes to walk through what the service would. The entire job took a reasonable amount of time, the work area was left clean, and I received a clear written summary of the service performed plus a few practical maintenance tips for between visits. The main duct from the unit needed repair and a U/V light was installed to prevent mold formation. Pricing seemed a bit high even after a discount. And the unit still cannot maintain 76° on a hot day. Inside temps have frequently hit 84° Overall, this was a professional visit.

    31 August 2026: Andrew and Marcus came out to our house to fix a problem I was having issues with. They were very friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. Bruce and Jennifer were also outstanding. They understood my situation and expedited the repair. 13 May 2025: I had my new A/C unit installed today by Snowbird Heating and Cooling. Devin Hall and his installation partner Reason Archer were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Devin explained the whole installation process from the beginning to the end, showing me photos of the old unit and the new installed unit. Devin and Reason also cleaned up the job area before they left. Snowbird's Sales Rep, DJ was also very professional and made our financing go very smooth. I am very proud of the Snowbird's Team ( Bruce, DJ, Cary, Devin, and Reason) for making the process flawless. I highly recommend Snowbird heating and Cooling.

    I have had to opportunity to have a young man by the name of Victor service our air conditioner unit twice during the past week. The first was to have him conduct preventative maintenance on the unit. The second, which took place today was for him to return to clean our blower motor which had accumulated debris over the past few years which reduced its efficiency. It should be noted that Victor, handled himself with a high degree of professionalism and was extremely friendly. Victor is only the second technician from Snowbird sent to service our account over the past few years. Each of these young men were extremely top of the line, clean, showed up on time and exhibited great work ethics. Snowbird has always been accommodating when setting appointments on a timely basis for service.

    I requested a maint check on my AC. Today a technician arrived at my house to do just that! Victor was a charming young man the nicest, politest, most well-mannered, efficient gentleman I have met in FL since I arrived. Got right to work and when done showed me photos of my AC and how dirty it was and where there was a problem. (Last year I was told there would be probably this year.) Long story short......I need a new unit!! Shortly there after Paul arrived on the scene.... Once again I was introduced to a very charming young man....polite, well-mannered, very efficient! Paul explained in laymen terms the process, quoted me a reasonable price, set everything up for me! and was on his way! I thoroughly enjoyed being in their company! If I could, I would request them again! Tell me, does Snowbird create their own technicians themselves? Cause you are doing a GREAT job, GO SNOWBIRD!!

    Very kind and helpful repairman and phone operator helped me to get my ac heat pump back to prime condition and noticed a water leak and fixed that on my outside spigot. Very good experience

    I was very very happy with the guy who took care of my unit he was friendly and always full of smiles. He absolutely explained everything to me that needed to be done. He showed me the pictures that he had taken of the air conditioner inside and out... He listened to me about my concerns and then he explained. He told me his name and I am so sorry I don't remember it but you can look it up.... It is so hot out there so I just want to say thank you so much for what he did for my air conditioner unit..... I highly would recommend him and also snowbird..... Thank you

    Daniel's terrific. He came back in September and resolved our problem quickly. He also advised us that our unit was older and would likely need to be replaced soon. Well, we turned our system on this week and it didn't go on. Daniel came out and advised that we do need a new unit. He scheduled an install for the very next day. Prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. Big thumbs up. (Feb. 2024) Robert came for our annual maintenance. Friendly, explained what he was doing each step, took care of it efficiently and professionally. Great job. (Feb 2025) Victor was here today for my annual maintenance. Terrific job. Also friendly and professional. Gave me tips for taking the best care of my A/C unit. Recommend anytime. (Aug 2026)
